The maintenance of any air conditioning plant is essential to prolonging its efficient working life. Regular service visits will keep the equipment in good working order enabling it to stay efficient and effective, therefore preventing energy waste and early failure of the plant.What is involved in a service visit? |

We have experience on most makes of air conditioning including Daikin, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Sanyo, Panasonic, Lennox, Carrier, Hushon, York, Trane. Servicing is carried out to the manufacturer's recommendations. Generally on a typical service visit we would undertake the following operations: Open access panel/doors, check fixings and seals Check internal wiring, tighten terminals if necessary Inspect outdoor fan motor, tighten supports if necessary Clean impeller casings Inspect outdoor coil, header and return bends Clean outdoor coil Comb fins as necessary Check refrigerant pipework for leaks Check all pipework supports etc Inspect all thermal insulation Check compressor is operating correctly without vibration Check HP, LP and oil pressure cut outs Check operation of crank case heaters Inspect indoor fan motor, tighten mountings Inspect indoor coil, header and return bends Clean indoor coil Check operation of supplementary heating if fitted Check motorised louvres if fitted Clean internal filter Check operation of condensate pump Check tray and condensate systems for leakage After completion of the above works a leak test certificate will be produce for systems containing more than 3 kg of f gases and emailed to you to comply with the f gas regulations. |
