Service and Maintenance Department

We provide clients with an annual maintenance facility for their mechanical and electrical building services systems and plant together with a 24 hour emergency breakdown call out and repair service.  This includes:

Air Conditioning
Heating - By means of gas, oil or electricity
Ventilation
Water heating
Mechanical Services controls
Electrical

All of our clients' properties are registered on an in-house computerised database. This provides a complete history of all current and past activities undertaken at your site by our engineers. An immediate recognition of your regular maintenance requirements is thus ensured via this central control system.

This department also compliments our Contracting Department with testing and commissioning skills for; specialised controls systems, air and hydraulic balancing, gas installation and electrical systems certification. Indeed, much of the work carried out by this department has followed on from our contracting installations
